We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. Returns are only accepted in cases of product defects or significant quality issues. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Refunds – Quality Issues Only
We only accept returns and refunds for products that have serious manufacturing defects or significant functional issues that prevent normal operation.
Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small scratches, slight marks on packaging) are not considered defects.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as "change of mind," incorrect product selection, or personal preference.
To initiate a return request, customers must provide:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear video evidence demonstrating the problem
If the product is externally damaged upon arrival, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging before opening.
2. Return Window & Conditions
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- If the product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is not approved (e.g., the product is functional, or the issue is not a manufacturing defect), the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear
- Returns without proper video evidence
- Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect product performance
- Products returned without prior approval
