This warranty policy applies to all Pongbot Smart Table Tennis Training Robots—NOVA S PRO, OMNI S PRO, and HALO S PRO—purchased through official Pongbot channels or authorised distributors. It aims to provide consistent and reliable after-sales support while respecting consumer rights.
1. Warranty Periods
Robot Units:
- Core Parts: Includes side rotational motor, left/right rotational motor, pitching screw motor, ball squeezing motor, and ball feeding motor (without gearbox).Warranty Duration: 3 years.
- Main Unit: Covers the entire robot body.
Warranty Duration: 1 year.
Accessories:
- Adaptor, E-PAD, Ball Recycling Net, TYPE-C Charging Cable, Elastic Band, and Net Clip:
Warranty Duration: 1 year.
Wearing Parts:
- Ball Squeezing Wheel:
Warranty Duration: 1 year.
2. Warranty Conditions
Free Returns and Exchanges:
- Available within 30 days of purchase for robots purchased via official Pongbot channels (e.g., Star Table Tennis Club).
- Applies only to non-human damage, intact product packaging, and all accessories included. Refunds or exchanges require proof of purchase.
In-Warranty Repairs:
- If the product experiences performance issues not caused by human damage during the warranty period, Pongbot will provide free replacement parts and shipping.
Exclusions from Warranty:
The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:
- Damage caused by human error, such as water exposure, drops, incorrect voltage use, or physical deformation.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Failure to follow product usage, maintenance, or storage instructions.
- Natural disasters or force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, floods).
- Products with damaged, illegible, or missing nameplates or serial numbers.
- Items beyond the warranty period or categorised as disposable.
3. Return, Exchange, and Repair Guidelines
Before Initiating a Request:
- Ensure the robot, packaging, receipt, and any included giveaways are ready.
- Products should be returned in original packaging for proper handling.
Important Notes:
- Pongbot reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the original packaging or accessories are missing.
- Consumers may be charged for repair services if the issue is not covered under warranty.
Extended Warranty for Repairs:
- Replaced parts are covered under the remaining warranty period of the robot or receive an additional 90-day warranty, whichever is longer.
4. How to Claim Warranty Service
